This month is going to be intense. And difficult. In turn, it will teach you (and me) a lot about ourselves, our habits, and our cognitive self awareness. I’m announcing this challenge earlier than usual this month since it does take a little bit of preparation.

July is my favorite month. I may be partial since I was born in July but seriously, it’s sunny, hot, and full of opportunity. This month’s personal growth challenge will ensure I get the most out of July 2017.
I’m so pumped to be announcing the first personal growth challenge in this series — 30 Active Days. The title is pretty self-explanatory but there’s a few stipulations or conditions, if you will, that I want to share. Keep in mind, these are the “rules” I’m playing by, but this is a PERSONAL growth challenge so be sure to set realistic, attainable guidelines for yourself and your life.
