I’m so excited to finally share my first recipe post with you guys! I used to be such a shitty cook. Dinner most nights was a raw veggie paired with some kind of meat or a box of whatever. Any sauces or additives were store bought and from jar or package. There were so many readily-available foods that I honestly though I didn’t need to learn how to cook actual recipes, using whole ingredients. When I switched to Keto (Low-Carb) it was quite a wake-up call.
