You may have noticed I didn’t post an August Personal Growth Challenge. Once you see September’s, you’ll know why.
Broccoli Salad is hands down one of my favorite side dishes. It’s fresh, quick, and easily made into a dairy free recipe by simply omitting the cheese.
Glasses are hella expensive. Even with insurance they can break the bank so if you lose or break them before you’re up for a renewal then be prepared to drop some cash.
This recipe takes a bit of prep work but it is SO good. It’s also pretty versatile. You can add whichever low carb veggies you’re in the mood for since the marinated Greek chicken is the star of the show. Pair it with homemade dairy-free tzatziki and you have a delicious, well rounded keto dinner.
July is my favorite month. I may be partial since I was born in July but seriously, it’s sunny, hot, and full of opportunity. This month’s personal growth challenge will ensure I get the most out of July 2017.
Coffee is life. At least, I like to think so at 6am when my kids are harassing me for a hot breakfast. When I stopped dairy, I was hella concerned about what to use for creamer. Almond milk is too thin and cashew milk is a bit thicker but it takes a lot to get the consistency I want. My sister told me about this
recipe combination and now I swear by it. Creamy, dairy free coffee creamer for the win!
This post is kind of embarrassing for me, but in the spirit of honesty and realness, I’m sharing my experience with laser hair removal… on my face. Check out the video below, then if you have questions, fire away in the comment section!
This is one of the easiest low carb dinners I’ve ever made. I may have stopped eating dairy since I put this recipe together but I’m excited to try it with a vegan or goat cheese next time. It’s quick and uses only one dish. #Winning
I’m so pumped to be announcing the first personal growth challenge in this series — 30 Active Days. The title is pretty self-explanatory but there’s a few stipulations or conditions, if you will, that I want to share. Keep in mind, these are the “rules” I’m playing by, but this is a PERSONAL growth challenge so be sure to set realistic, attainable guidelines for yourself and your life.
There’s a famous quote, I’m sure you’ve heard, that goes something like “The only person you should strive to be better than is the person you were yesterday.”
